Get a Better Butt and Thighs with these Easy Exercises

Lunges are great for the legs and butt!
Basic Lunge:
1. Stand with your feet together.
2. Take a big step forward into a lunge position.
3. Make sure your knee is in line with your ankle, keeping it at a 90 degree angle.
4. Slowly push back up to starting position, core tight.
5. Alternate legs and do not lean forward when lunging.

Other options are:
* Walking lunges
* Reverse Lunges
* Front & Back Lunges
* Side Lunges
* Curtsy Lunge
* Jumping Lunges

Add a Barbell or Dumbbells to increase the intensity.
