Lavender Berry Surprise Pudding

Here is a little RAW, LIVING FOODS recipe that is Omega 3-rich and anti-angiogenic / anti-cancer for your healthy cells! AND it's soooo yummy! Make sure you choose ORGANIC produce!

Chia creates a sweet, fruit-based and dairy-free pudding, enjoy! 


1⁄2 c
raspberries (fresh is best but dehydrated or frozen are fine - as long as they are not cooked)
medjool dates (Pitted Dates)
lemon juice (Squeezed)
lavender (Pinch)
1 t
vanilla (Vanilla Bean or Extract)
1⁄2 clv
walnuts (Soaked)
1⁄2 c
chia seeds
3 c
water (Filtered)
1 bn
1 bn
hemp hearts


Place walnuts in a bowl and fill with enough water to cover by 1 inch. Cover and set aside at room temperature to soak at least 4-12 hours. Drain and rinse well. In the blender add the walnuts, dates, raspberries, lemon, vanilla and lavender. Blend with the water until frothy and creamy. Place Chia Seeds in a bowl and pour the mixture over top. Stir and let sit for 10-20 minutes to allow the Chia to swell and takes on its gelatinous state! Serve with a handful of fresh blueberries on top!
